DareGlobal group was established in 1978. During our growth of more than twenty-five years, we have become a worldwide company, and are included as one of the 520 Key Enterprises, as recognized by the Chinese government. Our group's total capital is in excess of USD600,000,00 and our annual turnover reached USD726,00,000 in 2003. Our company currently possesses over 20 various factories located in and throughout China, and employs more than 10,000 people within the group. With a production capacity of over 20,000MT per annum, we are one of the leading producers of packing material produced from aluminum foil in China and the majority of our equipment and machinery is imported from Germany, USA and Italy. Together with our advanced printing production line we offer package design, laser phototypesetting, printing and post-printing. Another of our popular products are propylene filter rods for cigarettes. Moreover, we are also one of the biggest manufacturers of woodworking products in China and own more than ten factories that produce MDF & HDF laminate flooring, parquet flooring, home furniture and office furniture. Of these products, our annual capacity is over 1,000,000 cubic meters of MDF products, 10,000,000 square meters of laminate flooring and 3,000,000 square meters of parquet flooring. Our furniture factory has succeeded in completing orders near US$ 100 million per year. In 2001, DareGlobal established a new subsidiary company to develop products for high tech applications. To date, we have successfully developed a series of products including XDSL, WLAN, Ethernet switches, wireless AP, network cards, laptops, desktop computers, pump laser modules, transceivers, EDFA and an optical laser source. As a result, we have become a leading production supplier of XDSL modems in China with an output of 10,000 wireless ADSL modems per month. One of the most recent newly developed products for the group are our aluminum-alloy wheel hubs. Since the formation of our purpose built factory in 2003, we have been certified by SFI and SEMA of the USA, and have an annual capacity for the production of this precision product of 2,000,000 per year.
